This month is juleps birthday month and they are throwing their self a garden party filled with flirty colors!

The two new beauty products of the month are the Doublestep Foot Treatment & Friction Stick and the Moisture Mask Trio. The Doublestep Stick moisturizes, stimulates circulation, and prevents blisters. The Doublestep Stick uses Vitamin E, shea butter, and chili pepper oil. There are no parabens, sulfates, or phthalates in the Stick.

July Julep Maven Review

I was so excited to get the July Julep Maven Box. Over the past few months they have been rolling out new beauty products & since I don't paint my nails too often, its been awesome to see other items available for selection!

On the 20th of each month Julep sends you an email to preview your box. You can also view the other boxes available that month and between the 20th and the 24th, you can select the one you want. I usually go with my style profile box, Boho Glam, and receive 2 limited edition nail polishes and 1 full size beauty product, but this month after seeing the beauty products, I decided to go with the Modern Beauty box and get both the full sized beauty products. I have been so pleased with the beauty products Julep has been creating and im so glad I decided to skip the polish this month!!

The theme for July was "The California Coast". I received two full sized beauty products and a surprise full size third item.



Julep Beach Tonic Dry Body Oil -Value: $23.00 

I absolutely love the packaging. The bottle itself is sleek and smooth. It smells AMAZiNG! Like a citrus breeze! When I first got it I sprayed it on my dry arm and it instantly hydrated. It made me really excited to take a shower, and use as directed by applying it on damp, cleansed skin. The texture is so soft and silky. Its lightweight and has absolutely no greasy residue. The packaging says it moisturizes conditions and restores skin elasticity! Im in LOVE!



Julep Sea Salt Texture Spray for Hair - Value $22.00

This was the item that ultimately made me select this box. I have naturally wavy/curly hair so I always am on the hunt for a new curl spray. This one is exactly as described. It defined my natural curl and added texture! It honestly left my hair feeling beachy. It has a fresh n' light ocean scent.



This last item was a surprise. -Julep usually sends an item that is not shown in the preview, most of the time, its hair ties, clips, candy, a nail file, chapstick or something like that!

Im actually really happy to see that this months surprise item was blotting papers , i havent used them in years and I think they fit really well with this theme, and not to mention its HOT outside!

It came with 40 sheets!

They are made of wood pulp, abaca pulp & green tea. They are bigger & thicker than other shine control papers ive tried.

Im Extremely Happy with this month’s box!! It was Perfect timing for these kind of products! These are definitely some of the best items Ive gotten from Julep!
